Sarah is incredibly grateful for the amazing mail she receives from her fans. Here are some of her favorites:

Hey gal, just to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the books ...

I drooled over Indecent...

I can't even begin to express how liberating it was for me to read your book ...

I loved your interview over the weekend with the Seattle Times ...

I hope your reading last night went well, and no one threw chicken ...

WTF?

You go, girl!

Hey gal, just to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the books and the incredibly adorable inscriptions. I'm not worthy!

Did you realize you have A Body Of Work? It's very impressive. And becauseThey provoke awe, I dassn't touch them except to admire & flutter...

Next week: Ok fuck that shit, I couldn't resist getting my greezy hands on 'em. (I'm trying not to mess 'em up too much, I know they'll be worth a mint one day.)

I didn't want to admit I hadn't read them yet! Not for lack of desire!

Library fines, mental depravity, all the usual boring excuses. It has been near the top of my list forever, and I'm SO glad you made that announcement at that particular moment. I am thrilled to own them.

So, I've started Indecent, and I'm LOVING it. I expected it to be familiar to me, from the LJs, but it's totally new. I live the voice. (I'm leaving that very apt typo, you really do put a gal right there. I also *love* the voice.)

Your writing is so fucking elegant. I am VERY nit-picky, and not one nit have I tripped over. It's so clean I don't even know I'm reading, I swan. It just flows (and oozes when appropriate). I do stop to admire the persona sometimes. She is a good egg, and one feels safe.

I'll have more later, I'm not halfway thru Indecent (I'm not traveling with it, again with the preciousness, so it's taking a while).

Some seriously entangling literatura there, lady.

Have tunzafun on your tour!

Hey there,

I drooled over "Indecent..." and I'm noshing on "Sex And Bacon" right now. You rock the words woman... and the fried chicken.

I'm a former sex worker and I think I've had a pretty darn interesting life. Now I'm trying to change my entire life. I moved 1,500 miles and am looking for a "legit" job. I'd like to turn it all into a book. How did you get started?

Cheers and Thanks in advance,

I loved your interview over the weekend with the Seattle Times.

I completely agree with you about the food, amongst other things…

While I am not what I would define as overweight, I am… um.. enough to hug and I like to eat...

I am going to order your book, and cannot wait to read more.

You seem to have enjoyed an amazing and interesting life, one that I would have enjoyed I believe had I had the chance...

Alas, I chose another road, with career, marriage, children and diets, and my inner being says that I oftentimes I wish I had gone the other way..

Not only are you smart, witty and real, I must say that you amazingly sexy and attractive.. I love women who are healthy and confident.

Not sure if you will get this, or have a chance to respond, but I felt compelled to say hello.

Not sure why I am writing this, but maybe I wanted to write to someone who is real, and not seemingly hung up on so many mainstream things.

Oh what the hell.

I hope your reading last night went well and no one threw chicken. I just finished your book (found it at Bailey/Coy Books) and L.O.V.E.D. it! I don't think I can hang with you on cheese (it makes most dishes MORE decadent) and I think you should caution your readers about drinking while reading the book (unless they enjoy snorting wine). I tried to post a comment on your blog, but your website didn't like my email address. ; )

Thanks for writing the book Sarah!

je suis robert et souhaiterais rentrer en amitie avec toi.je te rassure qu en matiere de sympatie je suis au top.

You go, girl!!! The pussy cat dolls sang a song that you should adopt as a personal anthem (if you haven't already) - WIsh your girl was hot as me.

Anyways, I celebrate all things female as do you and although I am a male (an escort driver to boot), I fully believe we (as in humans) are the same spirit but some are shades of grey and others are vibrant colours of the rainbow.

Cheers and take care,

A fan
